There is really only one good reason to ever take a door off and that is if you feel they may harm themselves. Don’t Remove Their DoorĪgain, this is not a positive way to get them to cooperate. While their rooms are not up to my standards for the rest of the home, their items are neatly put away and their room is clean. Simply point to a couple of things they can improve on and leave it at that. We want our teens to clean and put things away but don’t inspect their room with a white glove.
